My Approach

Hi, I'm Isabella, an integrative therapist offering long-term, in-depth, relational psychotherapy. If you find yourself here, it is likely that something doesn't feel right for you or that you are suffering in some way. Perhaps it has been that way for a long time or perhaps it has developed more recently. Whatever it is that you are feeling, and how ever long it has been there, I will hold a supportive space for you to explore your experience, feel heard and seen, and find a way to live meaningfully.  

Therapy is also a space to tell your story and to be witnessed without being bombarded with opinions and advice, as often happens in relationships. Together, through a journey of self-exploration, we will develop your understanding of yourself, with the hopes of moving towards a place of self-acceptance. It is in this place of self-acceptance where you can embrace your freedom and live authentically.
