Do you find yourself...

  • Feeling low, lethargic, or unenthusiastic about your life and future

  • Struggling to make decisions

  • Repeating stuck patterns of behaviour

  • Feeling overwhelmed by even the smallest of things

If you find yourself in this position then therapy could be the life line that you need to help get you not only to a place where you can function, but to a place where you can thrive and make the most of your life.

How can therapy help?

Therapy offers a non-judgemental and confidential space to reflect on the more painful parts of your existence within a safe and supportive context.

It will help you to live your in the present moment so that you don't miss out life.

Therapy can also help you to break out of patterns of behaviour so that you can form more meaningful relationships with others and yourself.

You will develop a greater understanding and acceptance of yourself.

My Approach

I am an integrative practitioner, meaning that I draw from various schools of thought to guide my approach. Including the humanistic, existential, person-centred, and psychodynamic modalities.

As I understand it, we are born into circumstances that we did not choose, but that we also have the choice of how to respond to the world around us. The process of therapy will help guide you into a place where you can make choices in your life that serve you and ultimately lead to a more authentic and contented existence.

I believe that every person has the capacity to grow and to find meaning in life no matter what they are facing or have been through.

Just because something feels stuck right now doesn't mean it has to remain that way. The first step towards change is choosing to do something differently. Perhaps seeking therapy is your first step.

"You've helped me massively to understand my feelings about my recent relationship and my behaviour in relationships in general. I feel so much more free and less consumed with guilt than I did when we began. I wouldn't be in this position if it weren't for you; thank you so much for all the help you've given me."

"I just wanted to express my appreciation, for the sessions we’ve had. I have found them to be very helpful and I think we both have acknowledged the progress made during them."
